The VDK Group Event Supporter Formula 1 2025 and 2026

The VDK Group, a national top player in installation technology, has signed up as an Event Supporter to the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix for 2025 and 2026. With this, VDK wants to get the most out of the last two editions together with the organization of the leading racing event at Circuit Zandvoort and experience it to the fullest.

The VDK Group has experienced significant growth in the Netherlands in recent years. With a team of 5,000 professionals and 100 companies, the VDK Group offers multidisciplinary expertise in installation technology for small and large projects. In addition, the group is on the eve of expansion into Germany and Belgium. The collaboration with the Dutch Grand Prix fits in well with the growth strategy and values ??of VDK, where entrepreneurship, job satisfaction and social involvement are central. With this new partnership as Event Supporter of the Dutch Grand Prix, the VDK Group wants to further develop the brand internationally.

Frans van der Kolk, founder and CEO of the VDK Group: “The Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix is ??synonymous with a high-quality product based on quality, technology and innovation. This fits seamlessly with our disciplines and the products and services we provide. We believe that this collaboration with the Dutch Grand Prix is ??a powerful addition to our international ambition.”

Formula 1 has been taking concrete steps towards a greener future for several years now, and in 2026 important innovations will be implemented that will significantly reduce the ecological footprint of the sport. For example, the ambition is to have all cars switch to synthetic, CO2-neutral fuels in 2026, to promote the reduction of emissions. In addition, there is a focus on more sustainable use of materials and aerodynamic improvements to reduce air resistance and thus energy consumption.

The Dutch Grand Prix organisation embraces the concrete steps that Formula 1 is taking around sustainability. For the VDK Group, these ambitions are an important reason for entering into a partnership with the Dutch promoter. “Innovations are emerging that can be applied within the mobility sector in a broad sense. As an Event Supporter of the Dutch Grand Prix, we indirectly contribute to these technological developments to make our mobility more sustainable," says Frans van der Kolk.

We are encouraged that a successful and fast-growing company like the VDK Group chooses to collaborate with us and that the business community continues to find us to help them realize their objectives.”

Even with the approaching end of the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix in 2026, Frans van der Kolk sees the partnership as an investment in the future. Frans concludes: “We will continue racing and continue to accelerate. At the VDK Group, we are setting course for a future full of innovation and growth, because looking ahead is in our DNA. For us, the finish is never the end, but always the starting point of a new adventure.”
