Frequently Asked Questions
Joining the VDK Group
Local VDK companies operate under their own company names, but at the same time benefit from being part of the group, which provides access to shared capital, manpower and knowledge. This results in multidisciplinary collaborations, continuity and future-proofing. The VDK Group supports its local companies in their day-to-day operations. We do this from regional offices in various locations throughout the country. In the Netherlands, for example, we do this from our regional offices in Zwolle, Eindhoven and The Hague, and in Germany from Hamburg and Munich, among other locations. With specialists in Finance, HR, Procurement, ICT, ESG, Marketing & Communication and Happiness Management, we take a lot of the daily hassle off the hands of company directors. This allows them to focus fully on the business, leading to efficiency and cost savings.
The business director of a VDK-company is fully responsible for day-to-day management and has the autonomy to operate locally and actively. The regional directors provide support as sparring partners and advisors.
The core values of entrepreneurship, atmosphere, and stewardship are central. Through discussions, we assess whether we share similar values and if there's a good match. Based on this, further conditions for joining the VDK Group will be discussed.
