This step strengthens the VDK Groep’s position in refrigeration technology and reinforces its presence in the market for high-end industrial installations.
Leading family business in refrigeration technology
Dijksma Koudetechniek designs, builds, and maintains high-quality cooling and freezing installations for the storage of fruit, vegetables, flower bulbs, and the fish industry. Founded in 1978, the family-owned company also provides the associated electrical installations and offers additional services in energy management and air conditioning.
Logical next step
For Managing Director Henk Dijksma, the partnership with the VDK Groep marks a logical next step in the company’s development. “Regulations in our sector are becoming increasingly complex, and finding skilled technical staff is a challenge,” says Henk Dijksma. “By joining the VDK Groep, we can benefit from their knowledge, scale, and expertise – in areas such as legislation, digitalisation, and recruitment.
