Van Dijnsen acquires SenL Security Solutions and WACHTR

Van Dijnsen, a full-service installation company and part of the VDK Groep, has acquired SenL Security Solutions. SenL is based in Roosendaal and operates in the fields of intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control and fire alarm systems. The company is known as a customer-focused and reliable business with strong technical expertise. Over the past 22 years, SenL has grown into a respected company with a strong focus on burglary protection and CCTV. One of the two former owners will remain as director of SenL. Together with Richard van Dongen, director of Van Dijnsen, he will guide the company into a new growth phase. SenL will continue to operate under its strong and established name.
