The VDK Groep is expanding its family of companies with the acquisition of Van Hoften Installatietechniek, a specialist in mechanical installations for residential and utility construction. This strengthens the VDK Groep’s leading position in climate systems, sanitary engineering and sustainable solutions. As part of the acquisition, the colleagues from Van Puijenbroek Installatiegroep also join the VDK Groep.
Mechanical and sanitary installations with a focus on sustainability
Based in Hardinxveld-Giessendam and Eindhoven, Van Hoften Installatietechniek designs, builds and manages modern mechanical and sanitary installations. The company focuses on housing and utility projects, with additional expertise in renovation and transformation.
Van Hoften works extensively with serial new-build projects. With a 1,200 m² prefab department and a team of over 90 employees, the company equips around 2,000 new homes with installations each year.
