VDK Groep has acquired EPM B.V. from Maastricht. It is VDK Groep's second major acquisition in Limburg in 2026. The family of companies from Zwolle thereby strengthens its position as Europe's fastest-growing installation company.
EPM is a strong family business with over 60 years of experience in electrical engineering. The company's growth path led to a strong position as market leader in electrical engineering in South and Central Limburg. In its early years, the company was also active in retail, but these activities were phased out at the end of the last century. The company moved to Maastricht and grew through a number of small but targeted acquisitions.
The core activities take place in electrical engineering, although the company also provides services in the areas of security, service and maintenance, and inspections and training. EPM cherishes a warm relationship with its customers, which often manifests itself in multi-year contracts and long-term customer relationships.
After the acquisition, part of the management will remain active within EPM. "We look forward to a future within VDK Groep," says Erwin Hermans. "Jurre Stassen will also remain involved in the company, ensuring the continuity of our business and allowing us to grow in a healthy way.
